EVOLUTION OF INOVAR
At INOVAR, our journey began with an important observation – existing valves for controlling fuel and combustion air lacked precision, leading to inaccurate air-fuel ratio settings, a critical factor in any combustion system. Our co-founders, having experienced these difficulties firsthand, were determined to find an effective solution. Driven by a passion for innovation, INOVAR has developed valves for linear and precision control of fuels and combustion air, ensuring optimal combustion performance.
The co-founders are a team of seasoned technocrats who collectively possess over 50 years of invaluable experience in the realm of combustion control and automation for furnaces, with a particular emphasis on those employed in the metal-working industry.
The co-founders Raju Nagvenkar and Vaijayanti Nagvenkar are a driving force behind the organization.
RAJU NAGVENKAR
Technocrat with 35+ years experience in the field of Thermal engineering, mainly in the metal working industry. He has extensively worked on design and execution of reheating furnaces, heat treatment furnaces and process lines for galvanizing colour coating. With a strong technical background combined with business acumen, he has successfully led numerous projects from concept to execution.
VAIJAYANTI NAGVENKAR
Entrepreneurial minded engineering professional with 30+ years of engineering experience, having proficiency in product development, project management & execution, automation and control engineering. She has consistently demonstrated the ability to integrate diverse engineering disciplines, delivering innovative solutions across multiple industries.
